Rear extension to dwelling in Conservation Area.
Works involved two distinct elements. Firstly a traditional two storey extension was added to the rear of the dwelling bringing it flush with the adjacent property. Secondly, a single storey extension comprising family kitchen constructed with a timber frame and cladding. A flat roof window helps to bring daylight into the extended kitchen.
